Depuis qu&rsquo;elle est toute petite, elle pratique diff\u00e9rents sports comme le ski, la natation, la plong\u00e9e, la course \u00e0 pied, le cyclisme et la randonn\u00e9e en montagne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle travaille comme assistante commerciale pour une entreprise internationale et, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 voyager beaucoup pour son travail. Elle est c\u00e9libataire et n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;enfant. Elle ne fume pas mais boit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du vin.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 de Silvia<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle est venue nous voir initialement pour de l&rsquo;arthrose dans les deux genoux. Cette arthrose a \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9e 1 an auparavant, suite \u00e0 une g\u00eane au genou qu&rsquo;elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ressentir lors de ses courses et randonn\u00e9es, ce qui l&rsquo;a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 consulter un m\u00e9decin.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rapport m\u00e9dical suite aux IRM du genou stipule que l&rsquo;arthrose est d\u00e9j\u00e0 avanc\u00e9e sur les deux genoux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compte tenu de son jeune \u00e2ge, elle craint que son arthrose ne s&rsquo;aggrave au point que la seule option soit une intervention chirurgicale avec mise en place d&rsquo;une proth\u00e8se.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les m\u00e9decins conventionnels lui ont prescrit des injections d&rsquo;acide hyaluronique qui l&rsquo;ont soulag\u00e9e pendant quelques mois. Ils n&rsquo;ont pas de solution \u00e0 long terme et ne lui offrent pas de solution maintenant, sauf d&rsquo;attendre que l&rsquo;arthrose s&rsquo;aggrave au point qu&rsquo;une intervention chirurgicale soit obligatoire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pose d&rsquo;une proth\u00e8se signifierait la fin de la pratique sportive telle qu&rsquo;elle la conna\u00eet, car elle diminuerait in\u00e9vitablement la mobilit\u00e9 et la force de son genou et l&rsquo;obligerait \u00e0 abandonner les sports trop exigeants. C&rsquo;est pourquoi elle veut \u00e0 tout prix \u00e9viter ce sc\u00e9nario.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu&rsquo;elle ait compris qu&rsquo;il vaut mieux pr\u00e9venir que gu\u00e9rir, elle n&rsquo;a jamais pris le temps d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 mettre en place de v\u00e9ritables solutions th\u00e9rapeutiques pour pr\u00e9server sa sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Solutions et soins naturels holistiques<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;objectif principal et unique de Sylvia est de traiter cette arthrose, mais le bilan de sant\u00e9 complet que nous avons effectu\u00e9 sur elle a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 plus globaux, dont certains \u00e9taient directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 son arthrose du genou.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Sylvia souffrait d&rsquo;un grave d\u00e9clin de ses niveaux hormonaux, de carences en vitamines, en min\u00e9raux et en antioxydants, ainsi que d&rsquo;une inflammation syst\u00e9mique chronique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre premier objectif pour aider Sylvia a \u00e9t\u00e9 de lui faire comprendre que pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de ses genoux, il fallait s&rsquo;attaquer d&rsquo;urgence \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 globaux. Sinon, l&rsquo;arthrose continuerait \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et pourrait s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres articulations, mena\u00e7ant l&rsquo;ensemble de sa pratique sportive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout en traitant ces probl\u00e8mes globaux, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des tests et des analyses de sang pour obtenir plus de d\u00e9tails sur son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et donner \u00e0 Sylvia des preuves tangibles de la nature de ces probl\u00e8mes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il \u00e9tait essentiel pour Sylvia de pouvoir faire face \u00e0 son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 actuel et de mieux le comprendre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, Sylvia a accept\u00e9 de ralentir un peu sa pratique sportive pendant la dur\u00e9e de nos traitements, afin de donner \u00e0 son corps une meilleure chance de gu\u00e9rir. Elle a compris que ses activit\u00e9s sportives avaient largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ses capacit\u00e9s physiologiques et que son mode de vie avait encore aggrav\u00e9 la situation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme beaucoup de sportifs, le point faible de Sylvia dans sa pratique sportive est l&rsquo;\u00e9tirement r\u00e9gulier de ses muscles. Nous lui avons donc expliqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance primordiale des \u00e9tirements pour la sant\u00e9 de ses tissus (muscle, tendon, ligament et articulation) et lui avons montr\u00e9 tous les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement, de mobilit\u00e9 et de flexibilit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par chance, Silva est ravie de nager, nous l&rsquo;encourageons donc \u00e0 faire plus de natation et moins d&rsquo;autres sports, ce qui am\u00e9liorera aussi directement la sant\u00e9 de ses genoux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En raison de ses fr\u00e9quents d\u00e9placements professionnels, nous avons d\u00fb optimiser tous ses traitements pour qu&rsquo;ils soient pratiques \u00e0 transporter en permanence.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsqu&rsquo;elle en a le temps, elle vient \u00e0 notre clinique pour des s\u00e9ances de traitement sp\u00e9ciales, au cours desquelles nous utilisons des champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, la chromoth\u00e9rapie, l&rsquo;acupuncture, la stimulation \u00e9lectrique et la th\u00e9rapie au laser pour favoriser la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du cartilage.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>R\u00e9sultats et am\u00e9lioration de la situation<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de traitement, Silvia est toujours en mesure de pratiquer diff\u00e9rents sports comme elle le souhaite.
