vous le souhaitez, notamment en suivant des cours de cuisine pour une alimentation saine avec des personnes passionn\u00e9es et talentueuses.<\/p><p>D&rsquo;autre part, si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas s\u00fbr de savoir comment cuisiner, nous vous conseillons de rester simple, car une alimentation saine peut facilement \u00eatre d\u00e9truite par des m\u00e9thodes de cuisine malsaines.<\/p><p>Nous ne pouvons pas nous rappeler combien de fois nous avons vu des gens faire des tonnes d&rsquo;efforts en cuisine pour ensuite leur expliquer qu&rsquo;ils sont en train de ruiner leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire. Quel dommage !<\/p><p>Pour \u00e9viter cela, il y a bien s\u00fbr beaucoup de choses \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 comprendre, mais les 3 principales cl\u00e9s \u00e0 retenir sont les suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>au moins 50 % des aliments ne doivent pas \u00eatre cuits, ce qui signifie que seuls les hachages, les mixages et les m\u00e9langes sont autoris\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Ne faites cuire que ce
