En termes simples, parce qu’il apporte la nutrition ad\u00e9quate dont notre corps a besoin. Ce faisant, elle lui permet de s’\u00e9panouir et de se d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>

C’est la beaut\u00e9 des lois de M\u00e8re Nature. Notre corps, comme toutes les autres esp\u00e8ces, est fait pour tendre naturellement vers la sant\u00e9.<\/p>

Une alimentation saine est v\u00e9ritablement importante pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9, quels que soient l’\u00e2ge, le sexe, le mode de vie ou la condition physique.<\/p>

Nous pouvons r\u00e9sumer l’importance d’une alimentation saine pour notre sant\u00e9 comme ceci :<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Une alimentation saine ne peut \u00e0 elle seule gu\u00e9rir tous les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, mais aucun probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu durablement sans une alimentation saine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>

N\u00e9anmoins, nous voyons souvent des personnes faire de mauvais choix alimentaires pour \u00e9conomiser de l’argent, du temps, ou simplement pour ne pas trop se soucier de manger sainement.<\/p>

Eh bien, avec toute notre exp\u00e9rience de travail avec des patients souffrant de divers troubles et maladies allant de l\u00e9gers \u00e0 tr\u00e8s graves, nous pouvons vous assurer que c’est toujours le mauvais choix \u00e0 faire.<\/p>

Il n’est pas faux de dire qu’actuellement, pour la plupart des habitants de la plan\u00e8te, adopter un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain est plus co\u00fbteux et plus exigeant que de se contenter de manger la malbouffe industrielle disponible partout.<\/p>

Ce devrait \u00eatre l’inverse. La malbouffe industrielle devrait \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 trouver et la nourriture saine abondante dans chaque magasin d’alimentation, boutique, march\u00e9… mais malheureusement, ce n’est pas encore le cas.<\/p>

Aujourd’hui, l’homme est comme tant d’animaux sauvages qui ont vu leur environnement naturel d\u00e9truit. Trouver des aliments de bonne qualit\u00e9 est un travail quotidien, mais ne pas le faire a des cons\u00e9quences dramatiques \u00e0 moyen et long terme.<\/p>

Bien s\u00fbr, ces cons\u00e9quences ne sont pas visibles au fil des jours. C’est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la raison pour laquelle tant de personnes mangent mal, m\u00eame si elles le savent.<\/p>

Ils pensent que c’est bon pour un certain temps ou une fois ou deux par semaine. Insidieusement, les jours deviennent des mois, les mois deviennent des ann\u00e9es, une fois par semaine devient une fois par jour…. et un jour ou l’autre, les maladies commencent \u00e0 se manifester.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
