La d\u00e9finition de la soif est un sentiment de besoin ou d’envie de boire quelque chose.<\/p>

Anatomiquement, la soif est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me complexe de r\u00e9troaction et de contr\u00f4le de notre syst\u00e8me nerveux et de notre cerveau qui d\u00e9terminera quand activer ou non la sensation de soif.<\/p>

Mais devons-nous attendre d’avoir soif pour boire ?<\/p>

La soif fait depuis longtemps l’objet d’une controverse, certains affirmant que lorsque nous avons soif, il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop tard, nous sommes d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s.<\/p>

En suivant cette logique, nous devrions boire sans attendre d’avoir soif.<\/p>

En effet, la soif appara\u00eet lorsque nous sommes d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s, c’est donc un signe de stress physiologique qui nous incite \u00e0 boire afin d’\u00e9viter une situation de blessure pour notre corps.<\/p>

Ainsi, boire uniquement lorsque nous avons soif serait une erreur, car nous mettrions notre corps en \u00e9tat de stress trop souvent.<\/p>

Cependant, avoir soif de temps en temps n’est pas un probl\u00e8me, car il s’agit toujours d’un m\u00e9canisme de retour \u00e0 l’\u00e9quilibre qu’il est absurde d’\u00e9viter syst\u00e9matiquement.<\/p>
