Our clients are like family to us. We aim to treat everyone with kindness and to share our decades of expertise to help people experience ever greater health and wellness.
We have designed the following terms and conditions and policies to be fully compliant with all relevant local and international laws and customs, and to fully disclose everything possible about what we are offering and our responsibilities to you. We hope to keep the following passages concise while also covering the range of factors relevant for health educators operating sophisticated tools such as the ones we have created to support you.

Membership Terms and Conditions
Use of the membership platform and its features and personal consultations indicates the user has read and accepted the terms and conditions of use.
Membership begins the day you register online, and entitles the user to all the features of the Site appropriate to the tier purchased at the time of enrollment. Membership is non-transferable and personal only to you. One month is counted as 31 days. Families living in the same household can share a membership.
All costs are clearly stated on the membership page, and there are no hidden costs. Members are responsible for any internet or phone fees related to connecting to the platform, as well as for any optional 3rd party diagnostic tests that may be suggested. Membership levels can be easily adjusted on the membership dashboard, and members switching between plans receive a prorated credit. If you cancel during a subscription period, you will still have access until the term ends.

Personal health consultations are scheduled in advance on a first come basis through the online scheduling system, and are subject to expert availability.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please give 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. Appointments missed without 48 hours notification do not qualify for a full refund minus a $10 payment processor fee.
Holistic Natural Health Experts does not submit claims to insurance policies on behalf of members, however we can provide you with guidance in case your policy covers our services.
Holistic Natural Health Experts is a provider of educational health and lifestyle related information, and does not replace in person needs for primary care or emergency services or substitute for professional medical advice. Medicine is not an exact science, and information is not a substitute for medical care by a doctor providing a differential diagnosis through clinical examinations, medical tests, and prescribing treatment. We offer you our best well-researched expertise however this site does not provide medical advice, so if ever in doubt or before taking action on information found on the Site, we advise you to get a second opinion from the appropriate professionals.

If you use the personal health consultations, in preparation of your first consultation, you will need to fill out a new health intake questionnaire, and digitally confirm your acceptance of the terms of service.
Any information shared with Holistic Natural Health Experts during the questionnaire and during consultations is completely confidential, and will never be shared with anyone outside of our team unless you specifically tell us to in order to support your care.
