Nowadays, misinformation and propaganda are disseminated on all 4 corners of the earth, thanks to all the means of communication of the 21st century.

All these tools have been diverted from their original purpose to manipulate humans and prevent them from accessing proper knowledge.

This has come to a point where doubt and bias has been implemented so deep inside people minds that they don’t instinctively know the answer anymore to very fundamental questions like :

Can you imagine? It’s like saying that a monkey or a elephant is questioning himself about what to eat…crazy times. 

But if someone asks the question, it is essential to seize the chance to bring true knowledge and logic back to the table.

As we always say, you fight ignorance and doubt with knowledge and logic.

Food is pivotal to the health of every individual.

We are what we eat and what we eat depends on the choices we make every day. That is to say that if we eat unhealthy food, we will ultimately become unhealthy no matter what we do.

To understand what foods are healthy for us, we need to understand how species and diets work.  

As humans, we are an animal species, and like all other species, we have a specific diet.

This specific diet suits us anatomically and physiologically. It is determined by a process called comparative anatomy.

Comparative anatomy is a scientific process based on the biology of organisms.

It defines the food adapted to its digestive system for each animal species according to its anatomy, physiology, enzymes, and metabolism.

Since we are hominid primates and our closest sisters and brothers on earth are other primates, we are meant and naturally equipped to eat a plant-based diet.

It’s a good thing because if it wasn’t for our ability to adapt and survive, the human race would have probably gone extinct by now.

It’s a bad thing because our body does a great job of making us believe that survival is actually living and thriving, to a point where people don’t even realize anymore that what they eat is not suitable for them.
